The New Zeppline Experience.

A visionary collaboration by

Bureau de Hunch

The New Zeppelin Experiences marks BDH’s first collaborative competition entry, organised by Dezeen. The concept draws inspiration from Chu Chih-Kang’s long-time fascination with the aeroship, merging it with Tony Lu’s structural exploration of the double-helix form.

Reimagining the legendary Zeppelin as a symbol of human innovation, the design proposes a column-free retail and exhibition pavilion enclosed within an elegant double-helix structure. Between the two helices, a series of directional diaphragms form a lightweight, fabric-clad canopy that integrates flexible photovoltaic cells to harvest solar energy — a poetic balance of craftsmanship and technology.

Inside, visitors encounter a multimedia gallery showcasing luxury brands, anchored by a rotating Bentley Bar that captures the essence of motion, comfort, and modern luxury. The result is a sculptural architecture that celebrates movement, lightness, and the timeless spirit of exploration.
